I’ll be in Hong Kong for the weekend and this is the first time that I’ve been required to come up with an itinerary for a trip. (Hi W!) Usually, I just take note of the attractions that I want to see and then depend on my travel buddies for the itinerary.

The bad thing about me making an itinerary is that I’m indecisive so I end up reading everything I can find about a single stop. For example, it must’ve taken me about four hours reading about Victoria Peak so that when I finally put it down on our itinerary it took up half a page.

One thing I’m obsessing about for this upcoming Hong Kong trip is the amount of awesome apps available. When I’m out of the country, my phones are useless and my iPod is my bestfriend. These are my travel apps essentials a.k.a. you can use them anywhere:

And these are the awesome Hong Kong travel apps, I like apps that work even when they’re offline a.k.a. I don’t wanna be dependent on wifi when I’m lost and confused.

These two are my favorite, because apparently everyone is dependent on Hong Kong’s trains and trams. (And I don’t wanna depend so much on their buses since I can’t find an app for it.)

Wish me and my itinerary luck! And no, we’re not going to Hong Kong Disneyland.
